Bartender

This position is primarily responsible for providing excellent service in relating to guests. Duties and Responsibilities • Sells and serves food and beverages in the Lounge. • Prepares and dispenses alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, as well as sets up Bar, maintain Bar cleanliness and environment, and ensure a safe atmosphere for Guests and employees. • Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious and professional manner to ensure Guest satisfaction. Position Requirements: • Legal age • Previous experience or equivalent training • Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others • Well groomed • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Server

Position Requirements: • Previous experience or equivalent training. • Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others. • Well groomed. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Cashier / Host

This position is responsible for excellent service in relating to guests. Duties And Responsibilties: • Sells and serves food and beverages in the dining room and ensures Hospitality and Guest satisfaction at all times. • Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious and professional manner to ensure Guest satisfaction. Position Requirements: • Previous experience or equivalent training. • Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others. • Well groomed. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Line Cook

This position is responsible for supporting the kitchen by preparing dishes according to quality standards and ensuring orders are served in a timely manner to guarantee Guest satisfaction. Position Requirements: • 1+ years in a restaurant kitchen environment • Able to read tickets and communicate what they require • Able to read and follow recipes • Skilled use of knives and all kitchen equipment while following all Safety guidelines • Good personal hygiene • Good people and teamwork skills. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment • Able to lift up to 30 lbs.

Busser

This position is responsible for excellent service in relating to guests through hospitality; smiling, greeting, eye contact. Duties and Responsibilities: • Clears and resets tables as Guests depart. •Ensures consistency of supplies, cleanliness, and environment for Guests and employees. • Performs duties in a pleasant, conscientious and professional manner to ensure Guest satisfaction. Position Requirements: • Previous experience or equivalent training. • Good people skills, able to communicate and work well with others. • Well groomed. • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

General Manager

This position is responsible for all aspects of the operation of the restaurant. Duties And Responsibilties: • Achievement of sales and profit plans, and adherence to Goldbergs operational standards. • Oversees all aspects of hiring and training quality staff, ensuring guest service standards, and restaurant atmosphere standards. • Manages and controls all operational costs, budgets, and assures consistency and quality of all food and beverage products. Principal Duties / Key Result Areas: *1. SALES: • Works with management team and staff in identifying sales opportunities • Monitors the restaurant operation, Guest and employee satisfaction and maintenance of Goldbergs brand standards, and makes adjustments accordingly in order to achieve sales goals. *2. PROFIT • Accountable for achieving annual financial plans (i.e.: restaurant profit and controllable costs). • Monitors results against these plans and takes corrective action with management and staff where necessary. • Monitors restaurant inventory in order to assess and control loss. • Identifies cost-saving opportunities to maximize total revenue. *3. PEOPLE MANAGEMENT • Supervises, trains, coaches, and appraises all staff • Communicates with management to assess employee attitude, morale, and execution of standards • Promotes a culture of learning, career advancement, and internal promotions • Ensures a safe and healthy work environment for all employees. *4. ADMINISTRATION AND ACCOUNTING • Responsible for supervising all accounting, cash handling, record keeping, and reporting procedures of the restaurant • Ensures office and administrative organization as per company guidelines. *5. OPERATIONAL PROGRAMS • Works with overall staff in ensuring that Goldbergs operational standards are maintained in such areas as: quality, service, image, management effectiveness, etc. Minimum Qualifications: • Three to Five years experience as a Restaurant Manager • Two years of college or equivalent job experience • Experience with scheduling and training • Strong communication and guest relations skills • Demonstrated Leadership skills with a hospitality orientation • Experience with purchasing, receiving, and inventory of food and restaurant supplies • Proficient computer skills.
